Payment Methods
- PayPal (If a customer chose to pay for their order with an eCheck, please be advised it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for it to clear).

- Only one discount code can be entered per transaction, and discounts cannot exceed the total product value.


Return Policy  
We are happy to accept returns based on the following conditions:

> You can return items within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
> If you need to return an item(s), let us know why you're submitting a request for a return via the contact page and include a few pics as proof.    We will get back to you within 2 business days.
> All Returns must be in the original condition in the original packaging with all tags intact on "New, Never Worn (Where applicable) items.
> "New/Never Worn" items without tags must have barbs intact (if applicable).  Barbs are those plastic strings that attach a group of pieces together, e.g. 3pc sets.  All items are in our photo library used to confirm tags/barbs, etc.
> "Gently Loved" items must be in original product packaging, not worn, soiled, stained, etc.
> Shoes should be tried on, on carpeted/soft clean surfaces.  We do take the steps to clean the sole of shoes as best as possible before listing for sale, excessive and extremely worn soles/shoes do not pass the Jordyn Claire 8 point inspection process.  All items are in our photo library used to confirm tags/barbs, item origanal condition, etc.
> Final Sale! items are not eligible for refund, return nor exchange.


Return Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming a full refund, partial refund, store credit or denial and reason    why.
- We ask that you ship your item(s) within 3 days of "return" approval.  You can use the box/mailer the item was delivered in, only if it is in a condition for shipping.  A charge will be assessed against your refund or credit if postal/shipping carrier refuse acceptance due to improper              
shipping packaging.

- You can ship returns to: (At your cost. Please keep your tracking information!)

Refunds
- Original shipping cost is not refunded when returning/refunding item(s).
- Once an approved return has been processed a refund back to the original method of payment will be issued.
- Refund amount is what was paid for your item(s)/order including applicable taxes, less shipping fee.
